Roy and Maik van Zoggel, founders of the locally based international super mega yacht media portal YachtsXL, have jointly confirmed that their recent work with software developer Aspider Web to come up with an iOS and Android-compatible YachtsXL application was, indeed, to make sure that their platform delivers on its promise to provide high-end clients the sense of luxury and freedom associated with owning a superyacht.
YachtsXL is the first of its kind to offer real value to target clients, in ways that they can fully relate to, says Maik. The platform hosts high-definition video portals that yachting enthusiasts, partner businesses and industry suppliers from all over the world can use to give their products, services and other offerings world-wide online exposure.
The YachtsXL platform is open for yacht brokers, yacht rental and luxury yacht charter services, hosting videos for most of the processes involved in buying and selling yachts, as well as showcasing all the latest news, developments and important events in this particular field.
The video platform hosts professionally produced videos and segments meant to bring together the key players in the high-end yachting business, providing high-definition video outputs through both web-enabled and stand-alone software options. The software allows users to easily view yachtsXL videos, as well as get updates from the video platform, which will play on any mobile device and through any internet service carrier.
This gives our clients the option to access them from practically any mobile gadget from handheld iPhones and iPad tablets, to notebook computers and PCs and, if they so choose, even on home theatres and HDTVs, Roy points out.
The new mobile application initiative, which was made for us by software developer Aspider Web and released on iTunes early last month, serves as yet another successful move for (our firm) to underscore our commitment to giving our luxury sailing yacht clients only the best, which is what they deserve, he explains, adding that most of the people who move in these circles are used to simple luxuries like gaining access to what they need when they need it, and we obviously dont want to fall short in that area.
